Delivery & Returns
At Hepworth Brewery, we take great pride in crafting high-quality beers and providing excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
Delivery Times
It can take up to 48 hours to process your order, but we will endeavour for it to be quicker than this. Once processed, orders will be couriered using your chosen shipping service.
For a guaranteed Monday delivery (Excluding Bank Holidays), please place your order by 6pm on the Thursday before using the 24-hour shipping option.
On the rare occasion, we will not be able to dispatch an order due to circumstances beyond our control. If this does happen, we will contact you to let you know of the issue and what we propose to do regarding your order.
We cannot supply outside of the UK. Delivery charges to the Highlands and Islands are higher than quoted. If you are ordering from these areas, then we will let you know how much the additional delivery charge will cost before processing your order.
All delivery charges are quoted inclusive of VAT
All our deliveries will be carried out by a courier. The beer will be suitably packaged for travel but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee against breakages. If a breakage has occurred, please contact the Brewery on 01403 269696 with your order number and details.
Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is available to sign for the package upon arrival as all orders must be signed for.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may require photos of the damaged or faulty product for assessment.
A replacement or refund will be issued based on the situation.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Draught Beer
Beer bought in polypins online (draught beer) is all sold as rough beer which means they do need time to settle. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on draught beer that isn’t faulty.
Discounts
Online discount codes exclude gift vouchers.
Events & Vouchers
We cannot refund event tickets once purchased unless extenuating circumstances have occurred.
Brewery Tour and gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from purchase.
We will send a confirmation email for all event tickets purchased unless otherwise stated
