Bottling Operative/Supervisor/Brewer Trainee

Bottling operative: to work a 46 hour week as part of a team producing high quality beers. Training will be provided; an ability to accurately record information is required.

A fork lift licence is an advantage.

 

Bottling supervisor: to lead a team of operators in the smooth running of our bottling line, ensuring they maintain the high standards required and accurately record production information. The supervisor will report to the Production manager. Production line experience and a fork lift licence is an advantage, training will be given.

 

Brewer Trainee: this is opportunity to learn the basics of brewing , processing and packaging a wide variety of styles of beer in a high quality brewery. There is both manual labour involved and technical brewing knowledge to be gained. The applicant must be numerate and literate with some scientific knowledge on which to build.

BOTTLING OPERATIVE WANTED TO WORK IN A TEAM

Duties will involve operating a depalletiser, a labeller, rinser, filler, and carton packer.
Carefull record keeping is essential. Previous packaging experience would be an advantage, as would a forklift licence.
There are opportunities to advance within the company.
