Keg and Cask Racking Operator

A job opportunity has arisen within our production department for a keg racking machine operator who will also undertake cask racking and cleaning duties.
Core hours of work will be from 6.30 am to 4.30 pm , this may vary depending on work loads.

Previous production line work and forklift licence an advantage but not essential.

Key roles will be :

• Keg machine operation
• Keg machine start up
• Ensuring the keg racking machine is running as efficiently as possible
• Assisting with keg racking machine maintenance
• Daily keg racking machine shutdown and sterilising
• Cask cleaning and filling as per instruction
• Other duties to include , Tank cleaning , general cleaning , tanker loading and unloading

Production Supervisor

A job opportunity has arisen for a production Supervisor within our expanding brewery.
The ideal candidate will have production line experience and a background of production staff supervision and management. A brewing background is ideal but not essential.

The role will be working directly under the production manager and helping oversee all production processes striving to improve product quality, efficiencies and output.

Core hours of work will be 9 am to 7pm , this may vary at peak periods or when covering other Supervisors. Some weekend work will be required

Key roles will be:
• Monitoring all production and processing, and reporting daily to the production manager.
• Ordering key materials when required.
• Monitoring materials stocks and losses
• Monitoring and reporting losses.
• Ensuring key sampling is being carried out
• Organising weekly production meetings
• Covering Supervisor roles in bottling and processing areas when required
• Ensuring all operational procedures are being followed
• Assisting with maintenance when required

Bottling Line Machine Operator

A opportunity has arisen to join our team in our bottling plant.
This will be shift work, once trained, on a weekly rotating shift of 6am – 2pm and 2pm -10pm
The ideal candidate will have production – line experience in a similar environment
Forklift licence would be ideal.
Attention to detail is critical

Key roles:

• To carry out bottling hall duties as required, ensuring the line is running as efficiently as possible.
• To carry out all product quality checks as instructed
• To ensure the bottling hall is kept tidy – This includes carrying out daily cleaning duties
• To carry out machine changeovers as quickly and efficiently as possible
• To clean and maintain the machines
• To follow and carry out any daily start-up and shutdown duties as required
• Forklift driving when required if licence held
• Assisting with maintenance
